Welcome to our new Ethics, Compliance & Sustainability blog. 

I'm excited to kick off this platform as a way for us to communicate openly about ethics, compliance and sustainability within OneTrust. Whether you're a seasoned team member or new on board, this blog is here for you. 

Trust and integrity are at the foundation of everything we do. It's about making the right choices, even when they're tough. And here, we'll discuss how we can all uphold these values together. 

So, our first topic? Code of Trust Training. At many companies, you’ll see a single 45–60-minute annual code of conduct training. We’re going to try something new – 20 minutes of training a quarter. Quick and to the point. Once you get that email on May 14, you’ll have three weeks to do it. Three weeks to do something that will take you 20 minutes. Let’s do it! 

Our goal is to make ethics and compliance as accessible and user-friendly as possible. And we want you to feel empowered to speak up and seek guidance whenever you need it.
